Cucumber Dill Dressing (Pepe's House Dressing)

Ingredients:

1 large cucumber-peeled and diced
1/2 cup fresh dill
3 large cloves garlic-chopped fine
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pint sour cream
1 pint Hellman's mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine cucumber, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender. Puree until green and smooth. Combine puree with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
